What does your Lifetime Guarantee cover?
Our Lifetime Guarantee protects you against any manufacturing defect from the moment your Saint Venik piece reaches your hands. If you run into any of the following, we'll fix it with a repair or a replacement:
Breakage, or faulty clasps and fastenings
Links or chains that snap
Loss of color or shine beyond normal wear
Scratching beyond surface wear
Stones coming loose
Our promise:
Unlike other warranties, Saint Venik stands behind the quality of your jewelry for life. In the unlikely event that a replacement piece also turns out to be faulty (which hasn't happened yet), it stays covered under the same guarantee.
What your guarantee doesn't cover
Saint Venik products that aren't jewelry
Claims submitted with previously used photos
Lost or stolen pieces
Intentional damage, or damage caused by a third party
Excessive wear
Purchases made outside our official channels
Examples of excessive wear: Jewelry put through extreme or repeated improper use, showing damage beyond what our manufacturing guarantee covers.
How to make a claim
To start a claim, send a clear photo of the piece along with your order number and a description of the defect to info@saintvenik.com
Saint Venik reserves the right to decline claims that:
Show signs of misuse or damage through negligence
Do not meet the criteria of our guarantee or our replacement commitment
Are identified by our team as potentially false or fraudulent
Involve modifications to the original product. This includes custom engraving, resizing or any other alteration, all of which void the guarantee
Include images that have been altered, digitally manipulated or submitted before. Any attempt at a fraudulent claim automatically voids your Lifetime Guarantee

HOW TO CLEAN SILVER AND STAINLESS STEEL
1) BAKING SODA AND WHITE VINEGAR Here's what you'll need: – One tablespoon of baking soda (10g). – 1/4 cup of white vinegar (60ml). – A bowl. Pour the vinegar into the bowl and add the baking soda a little at a time until it dissolves. Now drop the piece in! Finally, rinse and dry with a clean cloth to bring back the shine.
2) ALUMINUM FOIL AND BAKING SODA Here's what you'll need: – Aluminum foil – A bowl – Two tablespoons of baking soda (20g). Line the bottom of the bowl with the foil, fill it with boiling water and add the two tablespoons of baking soda until they dissolve. Now drop the piece in! Finally, rinse and dry with a clean cloth to bring back the shine.
HOW TO CLEAN GOLD-PLATED JEWELRY
WITH WATER AND DISH SOAP
Here's what you'll need: – Room-temperature water (NOT BOILING). – Three cloths. For gold plating, the safest approach is a soft cloth dampened with soapy water, wiped gently over the piece to lift any dirt. After the soapy cloth, wipe gently with a cloth dampened with water only to rinse the piece. Now dry it with a clean cloth to bring back the shine!

Every order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We cover all duties, taxes and import fees, so there is nothing extra to pay at customs.
