If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion will be deemed severed from these Terms & Conditions, without that determination affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms & Conditions, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or we may deny you access to our services.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

## SECTION 20 — 3-FOR-2 OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Add any combination of 3 products to your cart and we will automatically apply a discount on the total equal to the cheapest product. If you add 4 products, the discount applies to the cheapest of the 4.

Unless explicitly stated, discount codes cannot be combined with a 3-for-2 purchase.

If you return the free product, no refund will be issued. If you return one of the other products, you will receive a refund for that product, less the value of the free product at the time of purchase. For example, if your cart contains a $75 USD product, a $70 USD product and a $65 USD product, you do not pay for the $65 USD product. If you then return the $70 USD product, your refund will be $70 USD less the $65 USD for the free product, for a total refund of $5 USD.

## SECTION 21 — PRE-ORDERS

Products described as pre-order are not items we hold in stock in our physical warehouse. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page. Please note, however, that pre-order delivery times can change. Sometimes delivery is faster, and sometimes it is delayed. Unfortunately, this is outside our control.

Pre-order delivery dates are updated on the product page, so it is the customer's responsibility to monitor this information for any changes.

We cannot partially ship orders that include pre-order products. If you order multiple products, some in stock and some on pre-order, all products will ship together in a single order once every item is available. So it is important to place separate orders if you have in-stock items and pre-order items you want to receive separately.

The amount will be charged to your account at the time you place the order.

## SECTION 22 — DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS

We offer international shipping; however, we cannot ship to certain countries or regions due to legal, logistical or carrier restrictions.

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, which destinations we can ship to. If an order is placed to a location we cannot service, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.

Shipping availability may change at any time without notice.

We may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or above certain amounts. Eligibility for free shipping depends on the delivery destination and the applicable shipping methods.

Please note that free shipping is not available in all countries or regions due to carrier limitations, shipping costs or logistical restrictions.

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether an order qualifies for free shipping. Any applicable shipping charge will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete the order.

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the order will be considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring after confirmed delivery, except as provided under Shipping Insurance where it has been purchased.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

## SECTION 23 — SHIPPING INSURANCE

If Shipping Insurance is purchased at checkout, the shipment is covered against loss in transit, damage in transit and documented theft, subject to the terms set out below.

**Claim window**
Any claim relating to loss, non-delivery or theft must be submitted in writing within 5 calendar days of the date the shipment is marked as delivered according to the carrier's tracking information.

Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for coverage under Shipping Insurance.

**Proof of delivery**
If the carrier's tracking information and/or GPS data confirm delivery to the address provided at checkout, the shipment will be considered delivered.

In such cases, we reserve the right to request reasonable documentation before assessing the claim, including but not limited to:

- Written confirmation that the package has not been received
- Confirmation that the customer has checked with household members, neighbors and the designated delivery location
- Confirmation that the carrier has been contacted

**High-value orders**
For orders with a total value over $400 USD, where delivery has been confirmed by tracking and/or GPS data, we reserve the right to require a copy of an official police report, including the case number, before processing any claim relating to alleged theft or non-receipt.

**Carrier investigation limits**
Customers acknowledge that carriers operate within limited investigation windows. Claims submitted significantly after the recorded delivery date may not be eligible for carrier investigation and will not be covered if submitted outside the stated claim window.

**Resolution**
In the case of an approved Shipping Insurance claim, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

- Reship the affected item or items at no additional cost; or
- Refund the purchase amount of the affected item or items to the original payment method.

Shipping Insurance does not cover indirect losses, consequential damages, delays or circumstances outside our control once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

## SECTION 24 — UNCLAIMED PACKAGES AND HANDLING FEES

If a package is not collected within the specified window, or if delivery does not complete because the customer does not respond to pickup or redelivery notifications, we reserve the right to deduct a handling fee. This fee covers the cost of additional storage, processing and logistics involved in managing the unclaimed package. The fee will be deducted from any potential refund or credit, or may be required to be paid separately where applicable. Unclaimed packages may also be returned to stock after 7 days.

## SECTION 26 — CURRENCY AND FLUCTUATIONS

All transactions, including purchases, returns and exchanges, are processed in United States dollars (USD). If your bank or payment provider processes the charge in another currency, any difference due to currency fluctuations, exchange rates or bank fees is the customer's responsibility. We do not compensate for any loss incurred from changes in currency value or conversion fees imposed by banks or payment providers.
